1. Sign Up For Deuce Scooping
Getting started is easy! Just click 'Free Quote,' drop in your zip code, and sign up for poop scooping and optional deodorizing service—all online, all hassle-free. Need help? Contact our friendly team.
2. Schedule Initial Deuce Scoop Service
After you sign up, a Deuce Scoop representative will contact you to schedule your first service and explain how everything works.
3. Customer Portal Setup
Once your first service is booked, you'll get an email with access to your Deuce Scoop customer portal. Here you can easily manage your account, update your information, and view your service schedule.
4. Setup Payment Method
Payment is easy and automated. We bill on the 1st of each month for upcoming monthly services. Simply link your credit/debit card for automatic payments. You'll receive an email invoice and receipt each month, and you can also view these in your customer portal.
We bill for your first cleanup and a pro-rated first month of services after your first cleanup as detailed on your 1st invoice.
To ensure uninterrupted service, please ensure your payment is processed before your first scheduled cleaning of the month. Otherwise, your service will be temporarily suspended.

Arrival Time Notification
You’ll receive a text from your Deuce Scoop® technician 60 minutes before they arrive. You don’t need to be home, but please ensure clear access to the service areas and that any aggressive dogs are secured. This helps us provide efficient service.
Yard Cleaning, Sanitizing & Deodorizing Process
Your Deuce Scoop technician will arrive and begin thoroughly cleaning your yard, removing all doggy deuces, and will then sanitize and deodorize your yard according to your service plan. Our technicians use a systematic walking pattern and multiple passes to ensure no waste is missed
Our Safety Procedures
After cleaning your yard, your Deuce Scoop technician will photograph your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. They will then disinfect all equipment with a pet-safe, kennel-grade solution to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs. This helps to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
